- The Judicial Branch rebuked the U.S. military for blatantly violating U.S. Law and the Constitution by preventing some news agencies access to military briefings. Among many violations the judge pointed out that the Hegseth's Department of War did not apply the same standards and evict right-wing news agencies that did the exact same things liberal news agencies were evicted for. No agency, not even the military, is allowed to suppress news stories they don't like and keep only news stories that whitewash the truth.
