- Just like all autocracies, the departments result to propaganda to try to improve their image with their constituents. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Service published data claiming that measles outbreaks are not as severe as in some other parts of the world. While this is true, they are only publishing this in an attempt to make people forget that measles cases have increased significantly in the U.S. in the last few years and it is a direct result of anti-vaccination policies now promoted by the United States Health Department.
